The Ultimatum’s Blake Robertson slammed his ex Hayley Hendrich‘s claims of abuse after his 2025 arrest.

“The character assassination attempt has been unprecedented,” Blake said in an Instagram post, which he shared on Wednesday, July 22.

Blake said several comments from his former fiancée have confused him, adding, “That is not even how that happened remotely. I will have my chance to speak on it eventually and you guys will learn a lot. Just remember there are two sides to every story and right now mine is not being told. Wait until you hear mine.”

The reality star also elaborated on the alleged incident with Hayley that led to his arrest.

“I absolutely do not condone any violence at all toward women or men,” he added. “I have no problem taking full accountability for the things that I need to, but also, I am going to shed light on stuff you don’t know.”

Season 4 of The Ultimatum, which premiered earlier this month, introduced viewers to Hayley and Blake, who went into the experience as a couple. While they got engaged on the show, the pair had a tumultuous relationship, and news broke off screen that Blake was previously arrested in October 2025.

According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, Blake was arrested in Nacogdoches, Texas, for assault and booked with a Class C misdemeanor. In Texas, this type of misdemeanor results in a fine up to $500 and no jail time.

Hayley ultimately chose not to press charges against Blake, who claimed in a separate interview that he acted in “self-defense.”

“Placing hands on someone, that is something that I do not take lightly at all,” he told Page Six on Wednesday, vehemently denying the allegations against him.

Blake’s attorney, meanwhile, issued a statement earlier this month, telling E! News, “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”

The reality star added in his own response, “The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today.”

In a recent interview with Us, Hayley opened up about the show airing in the aftermath of the arrest. “It’s been very hard just having to relive everything,” she admitted. “It’s been really hard just because there were certain decisions that I made regarding that whole situation.”

She continued: “I feel like I’m absolutely ready to turn the next page. I do feel like I still have some healing to do and so I think it would be selfish of me to really put myself out there again after things that have happened recently. Just for the sake of my mental sanity, you should not bring your last relationship’s problems onto your next one. I am not ready yet, but I feel like sometime soon.”

The Ultimatum is streaming on Netflix.
