Yungblud is a huge Taylor Swift fan — and he doesn’t care who knows it.

“I f***ing love Taylor Swift, it’s weird,” Yungblud, 28, said during a Monday, October 6, appearance on the “Club Random” podcast. “I love Taylor Swift.”

Podcast host Bill Maher agreed with Yungblud (real name Dominic Harrison), praising the Life of a Showgirl musician as a “brilliant businesswoman” and revealing that he listened to her on fiancé Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast.

“She seemed genuine, funny, cool to hang out with, which I never thought she wasn’t,” Maher, 69, said. “I just don’t get the music and I never will.”

In response, Yungblud started singing “Love Story” and revealed that his two younger sisters are huge fans of Swift’s 2012 record, Red.

“Anytime that comes on, it takes me back to a time [when] I was in my mom’s car with my sisters, and I actually f***ing love it,” Yungblud continued.

The “Zombie” singer explained that he hears “lads in the pub” saying they “don’t f*** with” Swift — which he strongly disagrees with.

“I like f***ing Taylor Swift,” Yungblud added.

Yungblud previously shared his love for Swift by covering her Folklore track “Cardigan” as part of a mashup with Avril Lavigne’s “I’m With You” on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge in September 2020.

“WELL this took my breath away and I’m honored to hear Cardigan intertwined with the wonderful @AvrilLavigne’s masterpiece ‘I’m with you,’” Swift wrote via X at the time.”Bravo and thanks @yungblud!!”

Yungblud replied on social media, writing, “Thankyou for creating such a beautiful song.”

thankyou for creating such a beautiful song. 🥺🖤

Yungblud’s comments defending Swift come days after her 12th studio album dropped Friday, October 3. The record has received mixed reviews from critics — but Swift stays unbothered.

“I welcome the chaos,” she said during a Tuesday, October 7, interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe. “The rule of show business is, if it’s the first week of my album release and you are saying either my name or my album title, you’re helping.”

Swift said she has “respect” for “subjective opinions on art,” especially music.

“I’m not the art police,” she continued. “It’s, like, everybody is allowed to feel exactly how they want, and what our goal is as entertainers is to be a mirror.”

Swift referred to albums as “a really, really wild way to look at yourself.” She has previously explained that this new LP is representative of where she’s at in life right now.

“What you’re going through in your life is going to affect whether you relate to the music that I’m putting out at any given moment,” Swift added, noting that she keeps “an eye on legacy” when making new music.

“I know what I made,” she said. I know I adore it.”

Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl features 12 songs, which fans have been decoding ever since the album’s release on Friday. Swift, who notoriously drops Easter eggs in her music, has praised fans for discovering the truth of each track — but also noted that some theories are totally off base.

“There are definitely some theories that are based in absolutely nothing close to reality,” she said during Elvis Duran’s iHeartRadio show on Friday. “But, you know what? There are some that are so fun when they figure them out.”
