The wrong-way Mercedes driver who nearly plowed into an NYPD detective in a wild caught-on-video crash kept a stash of heroin in a fanny pack in the car, officials said.

Juan Tenorio Ramos, 24, put the pedal to the metal in his white Mercedes with Florida plates down Henry Street in Carroll Gardens around 8:25 a.m. Sunday, barely missing the detective before he T-boned a blue Audi with Connecticut plates, according to cops and a criminal complaint.

The Audi then slammed into the Garden Gourmet Deli and Grill at the corner — completely shattering the front display window and bending the front entrance door on its hinges, according to the court doc and wild surveillance footage showed.

“We just heard a huge brake. … All of a sudden, I saw a car flying and hit my store,” owner Khalid Sarsour, 63, told The Post. “I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep because of some of the trauma.”

Ramos was arrested at the scene of the caught-on-video smash-up and found to be driving with a fanny pack holding heroin, MDMA and LSD, according to the complaint.

He was not intoxicated at the time of the crash, cops said.

Meanwhile, his front-seat passenger was left with a fractured arm, and the Audi driver suffered a cut on his foot and whiplash, the court doc said. Both were hospitalized in stable condition, cops said.

Ramos was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and reckless driving, prosecutors said.

About 10 minutes earlier and about a mile from the deli destruction, Ramos allegedly sideswiped another Mercedes driver and took off — leaving her with whiplash, according to that complaint.

He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting and reckless driving, prosecutors said.

He was arraigned in connection to both incidents and granted supervised release on the non-bail-eligible charges, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Ramos was previously arrested on July 4 at Simonsen Place and Castleton Avenue on Staten Island — where cops caught him and an accomplice in possession of cocaine inside a Mercedes with the intent to sell the drug, according to that complaint.

A switchblade was also found in the car, and Ramos was found in possession of $3,900, the court doc said.

In that case, Ramos was also granted supervised release.

“Unfortunately, due to New York State’s so-called bail reform laws, all drug crimes are bail ineligible aside from one, allowing the vast majority of alleged drug dealers and traffickers to be released back onto the streets,” a spokesperson for the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.

He was also arrested in Harlem back in April for drug possession, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to yield to a pedestrian, cops said.

The results of that case weren’t immediately clear.
