Has he finally won the battle of the bulge?

A North Carolina man who claims to have the world’s smallest penis might’ve finally gotten a happy ending — he says his recent enlargement procedure was a big success.

Michael Phillips, 38, told TMZ that he underwent the operation on Monday in North Carolina, where doctors injected his 0.38-inch member — well within the parameters of a “micropenis,” per medics — with semi-permanent dermal filler to up his girth.

During the three-hour-long visit, the medics explained the surgery and then administered shots on all sides of the patient’s wee willy.

Unfortunately, Phillips won’t be able to see if his manhood’s a magnum opus until the swelling subsides in about a week or so.

However, he ultimately deemed the procedure successful.

He noted that his miniature member now stays out instead of tucking up inside him like a belly button.

He also claims he can pee freely — the ultimate goal of the op, for which he raised $4,000 from his endowment fund on GoFundMe.

In other words, they’ve freed the willy.

While Phillips hopes his newfound growth will last he’ll return in six months for yet more “booster” shots to enhance his size or maintain it should the filler dissipate too quickly.

Depending on the degree of enhancement, the Southerner may have no longer have the self-proclaimed distinction of being the man with the smallest penis.

Although that sacrifice may be worth it for Phillips, who claims he frequently came up short in the sack and had to wear diapers to urinate.

“I’ve wanted to do this (procedure) for the longest [time] because everyone knows how horrible being so small can be,” Phillips wrote on social media after he first announced his plans for an enlargement.
