Anna Kournikova revealed the romantic name of her fourth baby.
“Lucy+Nicolas+Mary+Romeo ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” the former tennis pro, 44, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, March 19, three months after giving birth. The post featured a photo of her little ones cuddling up together on a boat.
Kournikova’s twins, Lucy and Nicolas, 8, beamed for the camera. Lucy, for her part, laid on top of a seat while resting her head in her arm. Nicolas pressed his face up against Mary, 6, who held Romeo, 3 months, in her lap.
Kournikova’s fans praised Romeo’s name in the comments section. “What a beautiful name, Romeo!😍,” one wrote. A second added, “Beautiful name for a beautiful baby! ❤️.” A third follower wrote, “What a beautiful name for your baby boy! You have such a lovely family. Congratulations to you and Enrique! 🥰.”
Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias announced that they expanded their family with Romeo on December 22. “My Sunshine 12.17.2025,” she captioned a post of her son wrapped in a striped blanket and hat. That same month, she shared a sweet photo of her other kids all placing a hand on the newborn.
“My Sunshines ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she gushed.
Kournikova and Iglesias, 50, met in 2001 on the set of his “Escape” music video and began dating. The following year, they made their red carpet debut at the MTV Video Music Awards. In 2004, the couple sparked romance rumors when Kournikova was seen out and about wearing a ring.
Kournikova even flashed her luxurious ring while playing tennis. The sparkler features an 11-carat pink pear-cut diamond set on a silver band with more diamonds surrounding the stone.
In 2011, she opened up to Women’s Health about why she and Iglesias haven’t tied the knot. “[Marriage] isn’t important to me. I’m in a happy relationship – that’s all that matters,” she explained. “I believe in commitment. I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely.”
Kournikova also opened up about wanting to have kids with Iglesias. “I absolutely want to have children, whether I have my own or adopt,” she shared. “I love taking care of people.”
In 2017, the couple quietly welcomed their twins. Kournikova gave birth to Mary in 2020.
