A crazed repeat offender flashed a devilish grin as he made his first court appearance Saturday for allegedly shoving an elderly, retired teacher down an NYC subway stairwell, killing him.

Rhamell Burke, who’s been arrested four times since February, showed no remorse at his arraignment on murder charges for the random attack against retired teacher Ross Falzone.

Burke, 32, was released from Bellevue Hospital just five hours before he pushed the 76-year-old man to his death Thursday evening at a Chelsea subway station.

The alleged maniac was caught on video as he followed the victim, according to a Manhattan prosecutor who described the attack as “completely unprovoked.”

The judge ordered Burke – who already had four open criminal cases when Falzone was killed – remanded and said the suspect was a flight risk.
