Sherri Shepherd wants a Dancing With the Stars do-over.

The talk show host, 58, gushed about her time on the 14th season of ABC’s dancing competition, though she feels it was cut short.

During an appearance on the Monday, September 22, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Shepherd was asked if she thought she was “unfairly eliminated” from the competition back in 2012.

“I think I was unfairly eliminated. I got eliminated during the tango, and I love salsa, bachata and tango,” she responded.

“I got to the fourth week, and I was eliminated,” she added.

Shepherd said she’d love to go back on DWTS, which is now in its 34th season.

“I really want them … if they have a fan-favorite [season], I would love to go back to Dancing With the Stars. I loved it. It was the best experience of my life,” she said.

She continued, “But I loved being on the show because it’s such a family. I keep in touch with everybody.”

Shepherd was paired up with professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy on DWTS season 12, which was won by former NFL wide receiver Donald Driver and Chmerkovskiy’s sister-in-law, Peta Murgatroyd. Classical singer Katherine Jenkins came second with dance partner Mark Ballas. Other notable contestants that season included Gladys Knight, Maria Menounos and Jaleel White.

Host Andy Cohen jokingly asked Shepherd if she had an “affair” with her dance partner, and Shepherd admitted to having the hots for Chmerkovskiy, 39.

“I was married at the time. Val Chmerkovskiy was my partner. But believe you me, if I was single, I would have been a cougar with [him],” she quipped.

Shepherd was first married to Jeff Tarpley from 2001 to 2010 and later to Lamar Sally from 2011 to 2014. (She has two children, a son with each of her exes.)

Chmerkovskiy, meanwhile, is married to fellow DWTS pro Jenna Johnson. Johnson won season 33 with Joey Graziadei and is paired up with Corey Feldman on the current season.

In February, Chmerkovskiy admitted he used to get jealous of other men dancing with his wife.

“I think it’s such a taboo thing and people catch feelings about it. So I don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings because [of] that insecurity I feel, too,” he said on the “Sibling Revelry With Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson” podcast. “I don’t feel it anymore, but I’ve had situations.”
