Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of forcing a male photographer to give him oral sex on the set of a commercial — with the promise of helping his “career take off.”

The man, only identified as John Doe, claims the Bad Boy Records founder started chatting to him while he was working on the “high-profile” commercial in late 2022 or early 2023 and coerced him into a “blatant sexual quid-pro-quo,” according to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Combs allegedly invited the photographer back to his trailer to discuss the potential career opportunities, the suit filed Wednesday alleges.

“Combs framed this meeting as an opportunity for Plaintiff to advance his career. Plaintiff, although hesitant, could not turn down what appeared to be a career-defining moment few ever receive,” the filing states.

“Once inside the trailer, Combs’ true intentions quickly became clear. What had looked like a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity was a thinly-veiled quid-pro-quo.”

The photographer alleges Combs immediately began making sexual advances towards him once they were behind closed doors, according to the filing.

“He unzipped his pants, and told Plaintiff words to the effect of ‘If you suck [it] right, I’ll make your career take off.’ The implication was clear, also, that if Plaintiff did not perform oral sex on Combs to his satisfaction, his career would be over,” the suit alleges.

The photographer claimed Combs also threatened him with physical violence if he didn’t follow through with the sex act.

In the wake of the alleged incident, the snapper claims he had to go back to work — despite him “grappling… with the trauma of the situation.”

Combs’ legal team has denied the photographer’s allegations.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” they said in a statement.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The allegations are among the wave of civil lawsuits filed against the fallen rapper after he was slapped with federal sex trafficking charges last September.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges and is set to face trial in May, is being held without bail in federal custody in Brooklyn.
