Todd and Julie Chrisley are currently rebuilding their life after President Donald Trump signed off on a full pardon for the reality stars amid their respective prison sentences.

Us Weekly obtained the official presidential pardons signed last month.

“Be it known, that this day, I, Donald Trump, president of the United States, pursuant to my powers under article II, section 2, clause 1, of the Constitution, have granted unto the individual below: a full and unconditional pardon,” the document read.

“I hereby designate, direct, and empower the Attorney General, as my representative to sign the grant of clemency of the person named herein. The Attorney General shall declare that her action is the act of the President, being performed at my direction,” the pardon continued.

The pardons were signed on May 28.

Trump, 79, called Todd and Julie’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley, on May 27 to inform her of his decision. He told her the duo were going “to be free and clean.”

Todd, 56, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for alleged bank fraud and tax evasion. Julie, 52, was ordered to serve a seven-year sentence. The couple only served two years before Trump stepped in.

Savannah, 27, and her father appeared at a press conference on May 30. Todd, who has adamantly denied wrongdoing since being charged, said, “I would have remorse if it was something that I did.”

The reality star added, “The corruption that went on in our case is going to continue to unfold.”

The day before Todd was indicted, the reality star took to social media to defend himself.

“We have nothing to hide and have done nothing to be ashamed of,” Todd wrote. “Not only do we know we’ve done nothing wrong, but we’ve got a ton of hard evidence and bunch of corroborating witnesses that proves it.”

At the recent press conference, Todd praised Savannah for supporting her parents while they were incarcerated.

“She has fought a long fight, and for any parent to see their child fight this hard, it’s a double-edged sword,” Todd said. “It’s a blessing, and then your heart breaks because your child has been placed in that position to fight for you, when, as a parent, you’re supposed to fight for your children.”

As Us previously reported, Savannah was granted custody of he younger siblings – Grayson, 19, and Chloe, 12, amid her parents’ legal issues.

Todd, who was locked up in Florida, and Julie, who served her time at a facility in Kentucky, began their sentences in 2023.

Back in June 2024, an appellate court upheld Julie’s conviction but ruled that her sentence had been miscalculated. The court ordered the lower court to resentence Julie. At her resentencing, the court upheld the original seven-year sentence.

At a 2024 court hearing, Julie apologized for her actions.

“I would like to say I’ve had years to think about what I’ve wanted to say and I’m sorry for my actions and situations that let us to where we are today,” Julie said. “I’ve had 20 months in prison, but it has been much more leading up to the trial and I apologize for my actions that led to where we are today.”

“I can’t ever repay my children for what they’ve had to go through and for that, I am so sorry,” the reality star added.
