GOP gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman snagged an endorsement from Puerto Rico’s Gov. Jennifer González-Colón at a strategy meeting earlier this week alongside crypto-mogul Brock Pierce.

González-Colón shared her support of the Nassau County executive at the meeting and discussed future pathways for economic development, tourism, public safety and ways to expand Republican outreach to Hispanic communities in the Big Apple, according to the Blakeman campaign.

“The endorsement comes at a time when Republicans continue gaining support among Latino voters nationwide, particularly among working-class families, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and younger Hispanic voters increasingly focused on economic issues, public safety, inflation, and quality of life concerns,” Blakeman’s team wrote in a press release.

More than 1 million Puerto Ricans call New York State home , with around 70% residing in the five boroughs — making it an important voting bloc in a race where Blakeman seeks to close his opponent Gov. Kathy Hochul’s double-digit polling lead.

Former “Mighty Ducks” child actor turned crypto billionaire Brock Pierce was also at the table — with Blakeman’s team alleging the businessman has personally shelled out $143,000 of his own cash towards “Blakeman-related political efforts.”

Pierce has committed to helping raise up to $40 million for GOP initiatives connected to Blakeman and other organizations, the campaign reported.

“I am not enthusiastic about how the races turned out, and the next race to save the capital of the world is the governor races,” Pierce told The Post Monday, referencing his prior support of former Mayor Eric Adams’ failed bid for re-election.

“Look at what (Blakeman’s) done with Nassau County and his record there shows he can do that in the rest of the state,” he said.
