She had a bun in the oven — and four more in her stomach.
A pregnant woman had viewers salivating after sharing photos of the massive In-N-Out banquet she ordered to satisfy her prenatal cravings.
According to the Reddit post, titled “Pregnant and Shameless,” the hangry customer ordered two cheese burgers, two fries, one strawberry shake, and 1 large pink lemonade.
If that wasn’t artery-clogging enough, the Redditor also had one of her fries and one of the burgers “animal style” — a special preparation off of In-N-Out’s not-so-secret menu.
An Animal Style burger features mustard-grilled patties, extra Thousand Island spread and extra pickles while the fry version comes topped with melted American cheese and grilled onions in addition to the special sauce.
“I got two burgers [because] I couldn’t decide between animal style or just ketchup and onion lol,” the customer explained in the comments.
Total price for the humongous haul: a surprisingly agreeable $21.79, per a photo of the receipt.
Accompanying photos show the behemoth fast food feast, which looks fit for two people because, in a way, it was.
The photos had Redditors, both pregnant and not, craving similarly supersized spreads.
“I always get 2 burgers just because I’m a fat-ss,” said one viewer.
“I would tear this up and I’m not pregnant lol,” another said. “Looks incredible.”
A third wrote, “Omg that pink lemonade would really hit the spot right now with this damn heat.”
Others shared instances of being fat-shamed for binging with a baby on board.
“I’m currently 8 months and my doctor completely embarrassed me in front of my fiancé at my month 5 appointment,” she recalled. “She said all months before I was doing well then that month a gained a whole 10 lbs and to stop eating for 2.”
When she protested, the medic “straight up ignored” her and told her fiancé to “take her for walks around the block,” per the comment.
Others pointed out that the price didn’t seem too bad for the amount of food the Redditor ordered.
When it comes to value, the hometown burger depot frequently ranks above heavyweight multinational food chains, which have been accused of charging more for punier portions.
For instance, a Double-Double meal — burger, fries and a drink — clocks in at $10.45 before tax in inflation-ravaged California, and $11.44 after tax in Los Angeles County.
By contrast, a classic Big Mac Meal sets customers back $12.38 after tax, but can cost up to $14, depending on the location.
Coincidentally, this mother of all In-N-Out meals is far from the strangest pregnancy craving reported by expectant moms.
Othermothers-to-be have hankered for everything from “sardines and ketchup” to “pickles and cheese.”
