A 17-year-old e-bike rider died when he rammed into a moving SUV near City Hall during Thursday’s morning rush, police said.

The teen was pedaling northbound on Centre Street near the busy Chambers Street intersection just before 9 a.m. when he veered out of the bike lane and into the vehicular lane, authorities said.

That’s when he slammed into the 2008 black Chevrolet Tahoe heading in the same direction, cops and law-enforcement sources said.

Responding EMS workers pronounced him dead at the scene, which is also blocks from NYPD headquarters and the Lower Manhattan courthouses.

The teen wasn’t publicly identified, pending family notification.

The driver of the Tahoe, a 40-year-old woman, stayed at the scene and wasn’t facing any charges, cops said.

The mortally wounded e-biker was carrying a school ID when he was discovered, and had no alcohol or drugs in his system, the sources said.

The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad was probing the incident.

The crash happened a short distance from City Hall, One Police Plaza and the supreme, civil and criminal courthouses.
