Baywatch star Noah Beck’s older sister Haley Beck was fired from her teaching job in Arizona after the Peoria Unified School District conducted an investigation, claiming that she groomed a minor student.
“After a review of the investigator’s findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student,” a spokesperson for the school district said in a March 2026 statement. “[She had] a sexual relationship with that student and therefore [we] recommended her termination.”

Haley Beck Under Investigation by the Peoria Unified School District
Haley Beck, 27, was a full-time educator at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, within the Peoria Unified School District. She was hired in 2020 after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in secondary education, according to LinkedIn.
News broke in March 2026 that Haley was under investigation for allegedly engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a male student. While the investigation reportedly began when the student was 18 years old, she allegedly began grooming the student when he was a minor.
Haley was placed on administrative leave in 2025 as the investigation was conducted. The school district ultimately recommended termination, which Peoria Unified board members approved.
“After a review of the investigator’s findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student, which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student, and therefore [we] recommended her termination,” Peoria Unified spokesperson Danielle Airey said in a statement to AZ Central.
What Are the Accusations Against Haley Beck?
According to local outlet AZ Central, Haley is accused of completing the student’s homework assignments, letting him drive her car and purchasing marijuana and alcohol for him during their alleged relationship. She also reportedly offered the student oral sex and referred to him as her “sugar baby,” per text messages obtained by Peoria police.
Haley may request a hearing with the district to state her case by April 8, 2026. If she does not request a hearing by then, the termination will take effect. Haley did not immediately publicly address the accusations.
Resurfaced Videos of Hailey Beck Draw Scrutiny
In light of the grooming allegations, several resurfaced videos have drawn attention from social media users.
In a now-resurfaced clip, Haley Beck and her brother, Noah Beck, participated in the “suspect running” trend, a viral social trend that mimics a police broadcast as the challengers roast one another.
“Suspect’s best friends are her students,” Noah said in the video, recording Haley while she attempted to run away from the camera.
“They’re nice to me,” Haley responded.
In another resurfaced video, Haley was interviewed about the importance of teacher-student bonds.
“Teachers can have connections with their kids,” she said at the time. “I feel like that’s one of the most important parts of teaching because at the end of the day you never know, I might be the only person that does care. So I try really hard to make that known in my teaching and in my interactions with students.”

Influencer and actor Noah Beck grew up in Arizona with his parents and his two sisters, Haley Beck and Tatum Beck. Tatum is a social media content creator, while Haley has maintained a private Instagram account.
“Every time I come home, I have this feeling of grounding and normalcy because my parents have lived in the same house I grew up in for 28 years now, even before they had me. It’s home,” Noah told American Studies in January 2025. “No matter where I go in the world, coming back here is always special.”
The three siblings also appeared on a March 2022 episode of Noah’s “Put a Sock in It” podcast to discuss their upbringing and sibling dynamics.
“I was quiet growing up. I was quiet and shy as a baby [and] as a toddler, Haley was the hyper, crazy, crackhead child and Noah was just a chubby kid,” Tatum recalled. “I don’t know how else to explain it.”
According to Tatum, Haley eventually “started maturing” and “acting like the perfect daughter” once her younger siblings began to act out in their adolescence.
“There’s a month where, randomly, [our ages are] 23, 22, 21, for one month,” Haley added, referring to the siblings’ age gap.
