A naked college swim star allegedly bludgeoned a security guard to death using a five-gallon water bottle during an overnight attack at a Hawaiian beachfront resort.

Legend Storer, who was a student-athlete at Concordia University Irvine in California, was charged in the murder of Michael Dyer at the Sands of Kahana resort in Maui on Aug. 7, Hawaii News Now reported.

The naked 20-year-old menace was caught on surveillance cameras making his way to the security guard office at around 1:45 a.m.

Dyer, 63, was on his lunch break in his office when Storer broke in and launched the deadly attack.

“He was a great person and he was just in his office having a cheeseburger on his lunch break. And he had a wife that’s a waitress at Leilani’s,” Dyer’s coworker Bell Hill told the outlet. “It’s horrible.”

Storer, who allegedly used a five-gallon bottle during the melee, escaped the condo complex without being spotted.

He was captured after officers responded to reports of a naked man wandering around a nearby neighborhood roughly two hours later.

Residents recalled hearing “crazy” yelling during the night.

“I heard a man screaming like Jesus stuff. ‘Jesus loves you. Jesus is me. I am Jesus.’ Really crazy and over and over and over. He probably screamed it like 15 times,” Gina Lombardi told the outlet.

Storer was found covered in abrasions and taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation.

Officers reported to the resort after receiving a call about an unresponsive person, where they found Dyer at around 5:30 a.m.

Dyer, who was married without kids, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police only connected the naked swimmer to Dyer’s death after reviewing the building’s security footage.

Storer was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, burglary with a dangerous instrument and indecent exposure, according to court records viewed by The Post.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges during his court appearance on Friday.

Storer was denied bail and is being held at the Maui Community Correctional Center, records showed.

“At this time, I can’t think of any combination of conditions that would reasonably ensure the appearance of the defendant or ensure the safety of the community,” District Court Judge Christopher Dunn said during the hearing.

Storer attended Concordia University Irvine for one year before he transferred to the University of Hawaii.

The decorated swimmer was a two-time Maui Interscholastic champion while attending Maui Prep, according to his athlete biography.

The champion swimmer may face harsher charges due to a recent Hawaiian law signed in 2021 that increased penalties for crimes against kupuna, or seniors who are 60 or older, according to Hawaii News Now.
