Kelly Osbourne slammed body-shamers in the best way.

Osbourne, 41, clapped back at online trolls for commenting on her body via her Instagram Story on Wednesday, December 10, per People. “First, I want to start by saying I received so many lovely, lovely, lovely comments from people that have really helped me get through this time in my life since losing my father,” she said, referring to Ozzy Osbourne, who died at age 76 in July following a battle with Parkinson’s.

Kelly went on to say that while she’s received lots of support, she’s also seen “disgusting, horrible, mean, rude comments.”

“I’m just here to say, what do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now?” Kelly added. “The fact that I’m getting out of bed and facing my life and trying to be more than enough, I should be commended for that.”

She continued, “For example, you say that I look ill. Well, I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand how people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it’s not.”

Kelly emphasized that she keeps her content “100 percent honest” by sharing her “struggles” with her audience in hopes that she can help those going through something similar, but the “mean comments are helping nobody.” She called the haters “a bully.”

Kelly also found it strange that many of her followers compare her face now to an 18-year-old version of herself. “People’s faces change when you grow older,” she said.

“The thing that I find the most disappointing in all of this is that most of the comments are coming from grown ass women,” she added. “Women that say they’re counselors, women that are mothers, women who look like they have weight struggles of their own.”

She shared that it’s “devastating” to see women who aren’t supporting each other. “They’d rather tear them down when their dad just died. It’s disgusting, and I’ve had enough of it. So, go f*** yourself,” she concluded.

Also on Wednesday, Kelly shut down online trolls in a video shared during an episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored. “To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like ‘Are you ill?’ or ‘Get off Ozempic,’ [or] ‘You don’t look right,’ My dad just died,” she said. “And I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family.”

Kelly added, “And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life. So to all those people, f*** off.”

Piers Morgan then asked his guest Sharon Osbourne what she thought of her daughter’s message. “She’s right, you know. She’s right. She can’t eat right now,” Sharon, 73, explained. “[Online hate] is a shield for people who are unhappy.”
