In-N-Out devotees no longer need to guess where its newest location will be.

The Southern California-based burger chain has quietly added six more spots to its grand opening page. Diners will be able to score the iconic West Coast joint’s Double Double, Animal Style Fries and Flying Dutchman — the real ones know — as the new locations hit four Western states.

In the company’s home state of California, the new stores under construction are at 6233 Telegraph Ave. in Commerce and 7900 Great Park Blvd. in Irvine. A Northern California spot will also be opening at 10537 Trinity Parkway in Stockton.

The popular burger chain is adding another Arizona location at 33375 N. Gary Road in San Tan Valley, a Utah spot at 4643 S. Pioneer Road in St. George and a restaurant in Idaho at 1965 Blue Lakes Blvd. North in Twin Falls.

While the fast food favorite has over 430 locations, it’s only home to 10 states. And the chain plans to keep it that way.

In-N-Out’s current CEO and granddaughter of the founders, Lynsi Snyder, made it clear in a recent speech that one US region is off the table — for now at least. Snyder said the East Coast is off limits as the joint is known for never-frozen ingredients and made-to-order burgers.

The move would compromise the chain’s always fresh motto.

“I don’t see us being on the East Coast in my lifetime,” said Snyder during a Pepperdine University forum back in April. “We won’t compromise on quality just to expand,” she added.

The 43-year-old burger boss also vetoed the idea of online ordering and pickup.

The Post reached out to In-N-Out for the new location’s opening dates. However, News Nation revealed that many times, the burger behemoth will open up new spots a day before being announced.

In addition to the new six spots, The Post previously reported that the chain has set it eyes on Palm Springs as the eatery is aiming to open at 1801 E. Palm Canyon Drive in the Smoke Tree Village Shopping Plaza.

While the new location is still on, it recently hit a snag, potentially delaying its long-awaited debut. The Palm Springs Planning Commission heard arguments this month from commissioners and residents detailing how the newest site does not reflect the distinctive mid-century modern architectural character that Palm Springs is known for.

Representatives from In-N-Out maintained the new store’s design, arguing it was specifically tailored for the area. After hearing from both sides, the commission voted to continue, allowing the project to return for one more review.

The chain, however, must return with recommended changes before giving the final architectural approval. The city’s location has been under review since 2024, after first getting approved by the Palm Springs Planning Commission in 2025.

City officials had previously anticipated an opening in late 2027 or early 2028. With the latest changes, no new timeline has been announced. The closest locations to the site is roughly a 20-minute drive from Palm Springs in Rancho Mirage and Thousand Palms.
