Pancakes, burgers and wings will soon be served under one roof as the Los Angeles area’s first dual-branded Applebee’s and IHOP prepares to open later this month.
The 24-hour restaurant at 4410 Century Blvd. in Inglewood will join forces to combine menu favorites from both chains — giving customers access to IHOP’s breakfast offerings alongside Applebee’s entrees and appetizers.
The location will also feature several dishes created exclusively for dual-branded restaurants, including a Buffalo Chicken Omelet and an Ultimate Breakfast Burger, according to KTLA.
City leaders and restaurant officials are scheduled to mark the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 9 at 9 a.m., kicking off a day of community festivities.
The first 200 guests through the doors will receive a free short stack of pancakes. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the celebration continues with a DJ, family activities, and visits from local community groups.
The Inglewood restaurant is operated by Ashoori Group, which franchises both Applebee’s and IHOP locations.
The first-ever dual Applebee’s and IHOP restaurant opened in New York earlier this year. The concept first debuted in 2025 with the opening of the brand’s dual-branded restaurant in Seguin, Texas.
