Nobody gets to rain on the Knicks’ parade.

Knicks fanatics can expect sunshine and a breeze when the city’s hometown hoops heroes march up Broadway to celebrate their first NBA championship win in more than fifty years Thursday morning — with potential thunderstorms waiting for later in the afternoon.

Temperatures will be in the mid-70s when star MVP Jalen Brunson and company make the iconic trek up the Canyon of Heroes from Battery Park to City Hall in Manhattan for the team’s first-ever ticker-tape parade, Accuweather meteorologist Matt Benz told the Post.

Fans will definitely feel the humidity and can also expect winds between 10 and 20 mph, he said.

But the expected thunderstorms are likely to hold off until later in the afternoon, when temperatures will rise to the low 80s, the weather expert said.

“Stay hydrated out there,” Benz said. “It’s not going to be as hot as it was over the weekend but overall should be favorable for a parade.”

Thursday’s parade, which could be the biggest in the city’s history, is scheduled to start at Battery Park around 10 a.m.

From there, the parade route goes for about a mile up Broadway to City Hall, where a ceremony will be held and the players will be awarded keys to the city.

Mamdani urged Knicks faithful to secure their viewing spots up to two hours before the parade kicks off.

Police are expected to announce street closures later this week.

This will be the Knicks’ first ticker-tape parade, as their two previous championships in 1970 and 1973 were celebrated without one.
