A Florida woman allegedly became “irritated” with her friend after he told her she couldn’t drink a beer in their Uber ride and then proceeded to stab him with a pair of scissors.

Lynn Marie Zamora, 32, was arrested Monday night for the brazen attack after she and the male victim were picked up by the rideshare from the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites in Miami, according to an arrest report obtained by Law & Crime.

The pair was heading to another friend’s home when Zamora told the victim she wanted to have a beer during the ride.

However, when the victim told the 32-year-old she couldn’t, she allegedly became “irritated” with him insisting she could.

After the victim told Zamora several times that she couldn’t drink in the Uber, she allegedly “removed a pair of scissors from her purse” and proceeded to stab her friend once in his left bicep and left calf, the outlet reported.

The Uber driver immediately pulled over and jumped out of the car — the victim following close behind — before calling 911.

Police arrived on the scene and arrested Zamora.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Zamora was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, according to an arrest report obtained by Law & Crime.

According to Uber’s community guidelines, “drug use and open containers of alcohol are never allowed while using the Uber Marketplace Platform,” and riders are instructed to “never bring illegal drugs or open containers of alcohol into a car.”

The 32-year-old appeared over a video call in front of a judge on Wednesday from jail, where it was revealed that she was already on probation for a separate battery conviction against a person aged 65 years or older, video obtained by WSVN shows.

It was also revealed that Zamora had at least several other prior assault and battery convictions and a conviction for tampering with an electronic monitor.

Zamora’s attorney attempted to have her moved to a hospital, but the judge denied the request because of the probation violation that needed to be handled first in a separate court hearing.

Following the judge’s order to hold Zamora on probable cause with a bond set at $7,500, Zamora became visibly distressed, pleading with the judge despite the audio being muted before being escorted away by a bailiff.

She is scheduled to have her next court appearance for Monday’s arrest on Aug. 12.
