This is a certified smokeshow.

The FDNY released its steamy annual calendar Wednesday — and New York’s Hottest models heated up Midtown with an appearance that drew a crowd larger than a 3-alarm fire.

Gaping gawkers swarmed the FDNY Fire Zone to get their hands on a copy of the newly unveiled 2027 Calendar of Heroes and feast their eyes on the male and female FDNY bravest featured in its pages.

“We were very lucky to be passing by,” said Elizabeth Trimarche, of the Jersey Shore, saying the smokeeaters are “dear to me.”

“My sister-in-law’s brother is a firefighter chief in Brooklyn. We both love the firefighters. And they’re very handsome!”

The meet-and-greet marked the official unveiling of the 2027 calendar — which features one version with male pin-ups and another with women.

The 24 firefighters, paramedics and EMTS were all smiles and muscles as they doled out signed copies of the $25 items, the proceeds of which go towards the non-profit FDNY Foundation.

“It’s an absolute honor that we can highlight fitness and wellness as a part of the overall daily aspects of our FDNY lives. It’s really important,” gushed Giovanni Cummings, who appears on the April page of the women’s issue wearing an FDNY tank top and a rescue medic helmet stashed under her arm.

“As a rescue medic, we’re dealing with the mental and the physical. We’re the ones firefighters call when they’re down. We have to be the ones to have mental agility as well as physical, and my practice helps me to be that person,” said Cummings, a rescue medic at Station 32.

Battalion Chief Kevin White is the oldest to be featured in next year’s calendar at 55-years-old — and proudly appeared shirtless as the March cover boy.

“I think I’m the only one here who had to shave some gray chest hair to be on this calendar today,” said White, saying he was “humbled and honored” to be included.

“Being in shape and being physically fit to be a firefighter is one of the most important things for this job. It’s a very mentally and physically demanding job. There’s so many things on this job that we can’t control, but what we can control is our physical fitness and our health.”

Firefighter and February coverboy Zach Mellado agreed, telling The Post that eating right and working out are requirements for the FDNY.

The 30-year-old routinely cooks up meals at Engine 287, opting for dinners that helped him earn the six-pack he flaunts in his picture.

“I try to cook a healthy meal and make sure the brothers are well-fed. I’m always keeping guys in check, making sure they keep me in check. Making sure we’re doing the right thing and putting the work in the gym,” said Mellado.

“Ultimately it’s about being the best you you can be and being better today than you were yesterday.”

Among the clamoring and drooling crowd was Mellado’s No. 1 support — his mother.

“It means the world to me! He’s so diligent and a hard worker,” said Tavia Trusch Mellado, 69.

“I’m amazed at what he can do.”
