A white NYPD precinct commander who allegedly groped a black female underling and professed, “I want to make biracial babies with you” was suspended this week, official documents reveal.

The order against Inspector Jeremy Scheublin came four months after The Post revealed he was sued by a female officer in Bronx Supreme Court alleging he harassed her and forced himself on her in his office.

Speaking exclusively to The Post in March, the officer, identified only as N.L., said she tried to avoid being alone with Scheublin for more than a year because of “creepy” comments he previously made at the NYPD’s 46th Precinct stationhouse in Fordham Heights, the Bronx.

But that ended when Scheublin, who was the precinct’s commanding officer, called her to his office on Jan. 1, 2025, and allegedly grabbed her butt, lifted her off the ground and tossed her onto what officers called the “casting couch” in his office, she alleged.

“He scoops me up, and then he slams me on the couch,” the 34-year-old mother said, echoing the allegations in her lawsuit. “Now he’s on top of me.”

He then allegedly tried to force her to kiss him but she fought him off, she said.

“I got my hands up to cover my mouth, and he’s trying to kiss me on my mouth,” she claimed, adding she turned her head to avoid his lips.

That’s when Scheublin made the comment about “biracial babies,” according to the suit.

The officer managed to get out from under Scheublin and regain her footing. She then kicked him “in the groin” and yelled, “Chill the f–k out!” according to court papers.

“[She] believed Scheublin, who was wearing his service weapon, would rape her if she didn’t fight him off,” she said in the lawsuit.

Scheublin filed for retirement last month — a process that can take months — and was suspended on Tuesday, internal NYPD orders show.

His lawyer, Oliver Storch said he retired, “to concentrate on addressing the hurtful and false allegations in the lawsuit.”

“America is the greatest country, where any disgruntled worker with an ax to grind, can sue the city and make the most outrageous claims for monetary gain,” he said.

Scheublin’s union, the Captains Endowment Association, declined to comment.

Lawyer John Scola, who’s representing the accuser, criticized the NYPD for allowing Scheublin to remain in a position of power for over a year after the cop reported the alleged attack to her superiors.

“Our client had the courage to report the assault immediately, but the NYPD lacked the courage to remove Inspector Scheublin from full duty even after referring the case for criminal investigation,” Scola said.

The lawsuit alleges the case was part of a criminal investigation. The Bronx District Attorney’s office didn’t respond to a message seeking comment.

The NYPD didn’t respond to an email seeking comment about the suspension, which was first reported by The Sal Greco Show, an independent podcast hosted by a former NYPD officer.
