A Diamond District jeweler to the stars who appeared in an Adam Sandler flick wielded his massive social-media base to blackball his ex, labeling her a “stupid monkey brained b—h,” a shocking lawsuit claims.

Maksud Agadjani — the 38-year-old founder and CEO of TraxNYC who rose to fame after appearing in the 2019 Sandler film “Uncut Gems” — became unhinged when former employee and onetime girlfriend Melisa Kulla, 27, rejected his marriage proposal two years after they broke up, according to the federal lawsuit.

The alleged jerk Manhattan jeweler “responded with an avalanche of vulgar and threatening text messages” while ripping Kulla as a “disgusting fucked up b—h,” and a “stupid monkey brained b—h,” the suit alleged.

He also attacked Kulla’s Albanian descent, repeatedly calling her an “Albanian Monkey,” court documents said.

“Remember Melisa, I never put a d–k in my mouth to get ahead in life,” Agadjani allegedly wrote in a message included in the filing. “That’s why I earned. Can you say the same thing?”

Agadjani’s mega-viral Diamond District shop has millions of social-media followers and boasts celeb clients including Snoop Dogg, Cardi B, Mr. Beast, Busta Rhymes and Mark Wahlberg.

In addition to gaining fame over his tony clientele, the shop owner made the news when he was robbed at gunpoint in 2021 — and when he brawled with a rival in January.

He did not respond to a Post request for comment about the new lawsuit, which alleges discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination involving Kulla.

Kulla’s lawyer declined to comment.

Kulla’s seething suit claimed that her ex “intends to use every one of [his] resources to ensure that [she] cannot work, canno succeed, and cannot escape him.”

She said in court papers that she grapples with deep depression and suicidal thoughts over her alleged ordeal.

The plaintiff said in her suit that her troubles with her ex began in September 2024, when Agadjani tried to rekindle their romance and cornered her for a kiss in his office.

Soon after she pulled away, the diamond mogul became “irritable” and flipped when she interacted with male celebrity clients, including when comedian Pete Davidson requested Kulla’s number to source a watch, her suit said.

Agadjani “lashed out” and aggressively accused her of flirting, the suit claimed.

Weeks later, Agadjani abruptly proposed marriage — and Kulla refused, she said.

That’s when a deluge of sicko texts from the jeweler filled with obscene comments began — some hundreds of words long, her lawsuit alleged.

“Nasty stupid b—h,” Agadjani wrote in a 300-word expletive-filled text a month after she declined his marriage proposal, according to the suit.

“C–t,” it continued, the suit claimed. “F–k you. Nasty f–king disgusting b—h…R—-ded ungrateful moron…Stupid monkey brained b—h.”

Kulla allegedly responded, “I feel really upset when you talk like this” and added that she thought they needed to move on from their failed romance to continue a professional relationship.

When she requested a few days off in early 2025 to recover from the stress, Agadjani’s relentless retaliation forced her to resign, her suit said.

“Taking her job was not enough,” Kulla’s lawsuit stated. ”Agadjani then leveraged his millions of social media followers to blacklist her from the Diamond District entirely, publicly threatening any business that dared to work with her.”

For example, Agadjani verbally attacked Kulla as she spoke with a vendor on the street and flipped when he found out a client of his reached out to her, Kulla’s suit claimed.

“Stealing my f–king customers Melisa? … You piece of money hungry s–t,” he wrote, according to the lawsuit.

He alleged added that it “makes me want to see you suffer and fail.

“You need to be put in your place[,] I will do it Melisa.”

Agadjani then took the feud public, posting scorched-earth videos telling his millions of followers he would “sweep” his ex-employees “off the f–king block,” tthe suit said.

“If you choose them over me … Imma f–king go after you,” Agadjani warned in a May 2025 video posted to his 4.1 million followers on Instagram.

He even messaged a former co-worker claiming Kulla “f–ked and sucked d–k to become a manager,” the lawsuit said.

Moments later, he called Kulla 13 times in a span of minutes while texting, “I don’t even give a f–k what happens to me as long as I teach you manners I don’t care,” the suit alleged.

“Go stick with the Jewish d–khead who’s d–k your sucking whore, use him for some money,” he wrote, the lawsuit claimed. “I don’t even give a f–k what happens to me as long as I teach you manners I don’t care.”

More threats came — including how he would “drag her parents” into the reality of her “depraved” life if she pursued legal action — her suit claimed.

Kulla filed a police report and obtained an order of protection.

But Agadjani ignored the order by harassing her roommate — and deploying a third party called “Micky B” to send a video to her legal counsel this spring disclosing deeply personal medical information and threatening to publish it to YouTube, her suit alleged.

“Agadjani has, through his actions detailed herein, made it clear that not even a court order will prevent him from harassing her,” her suit said.
