People can’t wait to get their claws into this cocktail.
A luxurious bloody Mary — served with an entire Maine lobster hanging over the rim — is on the menu at Claudio’s Waterfront in Greenport, L.I.
Customers can’t get enough of the crustacean creation, and are willing to shell out $120 for it.
“Oh my God, they’re blown away. People are coming in just for it,” managing partner Celeste Fierro told The Post.
“Once a bachelorette party ordered five for the table. They had a ton of photos of pulling it apart.”
The 155-year-old seafood house on Greenport Harbor put the lavish tomato juice and vodka drink — with its 1-and-a-1/4 pound whole lobster, eight shrimp and bacon strips — on its menu last year.
But Captain Claudio’s Bloody Mary — also garnished with olives, celery, and grilled jalapeños — didn’t get its sea legs until customers started posting photos and videos on social media. Now it’s as hot as a broiled lobster.
One TikTok video reeled in 3.1 million views — and sparked comments like, “I’m gonna need a side of drawn butter.”
Fierro, who concocted the crazy cocktail, said, “They’ve seen it on Tik Tok, Instagram. A lot of them are saying their friends had mentioned it. We’ve had a ton of influencers come in. In the beginning, we were selling a few, now we’re selling anywhere from 20 to 25 a week.”
But not everyone is salivating.
“I do not want my lobster mixed with my drinks,” wrote one commenter. “That’s weird.”
“Poor lobster,” another added.
Fierro said no other restaurant has tried to mimick the menu item — and she doesn’t think they will due to the labor and hefty pricetag.
“It’s a whole lobster, you know what I mean? I’m sure they’re not going to just be copying. I think you gotta put some love into it,” she said.
So far, no one has ordered it to take out, either — but the eatery is open to the possibility.
“I think that would be cool to take it home and use it for dinner parties,” she said.
“No one has done that yet. But maybe if you put it out there we’ll post it [on social media].”
