One of the perks of a Columbus podcaster’s alleged “inappropriate relationship” with disgraced ex-Ohio State President Ted Carter may have been complimentary office space — on campus.

A spokesperson for OSU confirmed Tuesday that school officials are investigating an LLC registered at a campus building to Krisanthe Vlachos, the host of “The Callout Podcast,” where Carter, who resigned Monday, has made frequent appearances since 2024.

“The Vet Earn USA LLC business filing is part of the university investigation regarding public resources,” OSU’s Chief Spokesman Benjamin Johnson told The Post in a statement.

Records show the company was last registered to Vlachos at the same Columbus address as WOSU Public Media headquarters – a building reportedly owned by the university – on Dec. 20.

The 53,000-square-foot building opened in 2021 with “state-of-the-art” TV and radio studios, content production areas, a media learning lab and collaborative work spaces, according to the WOSU website.

It’s unclear what business, if any, Vlachos conducted out of the building. WOSU, a public radio station for Columbus and a subdivision of the university, did not immediately respond to inquiries.

The bombshell revelation marks the first time an OSU official has publicly addressed reports that Vlachos may have been the woman that Carter, 66, admitted to helping with her business by providing public resources and “inappropriate access” to university leadership.

Just hours after news of Carter’s resignation broke Monday, “Callout” sponsor JobsOhio pointed to Vlachos and Carter’s cozy relationship as “possibly connected” to his abrupt departure from the university.

“JobsOhio is aware Ted Carter resigned this morning as President of The Ohio State University and that this situation is possibly connected to a relationship between him and the host of a podcast for veterans, which we sponsored,” the economic development group said in a statement.

Carter – who has been married for nearly 45 years to his wife Lynda – has been a self-described “frequent flyer” on Vlachos’ veterans-focused podcast since 2024.

The disgraced OSU president had even traveled for and sponsored events she hosted, social media posts reveal.

Vlachos called Carter her “dear friend and mentor” alongside one especially cozy photo of the duo together at an event, where the podcaster wore an all-black leather get-up.

Carter and Vlachos have not responded publicly to the relationship allegations.
