Zaire Wade, the 24-year-old son of NBA legend Dwyane Wade, was arrested on June 21 in Los Angeles County, according to jail records.
The younger Wade was taken into custody by the Burbank Police Department at 6 a.m. and released on $50,000 bond at 11:59 a.m., the records show.
A spokesperson for the Burbank PD told The California Post on Friday that Zaire was “booked for domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment.”
“Because it is a domestic violence arrest,” the rep added, “we are limited to releasing information.
“Detectives will be presenting the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office for filing considerations.”
