Disgraced former Prince Andrew was publicly identified in the US House of Representatives as someone who has “committed sex crimes in the United States.”

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) used his congressional privelege Tuesday to identify the fallen royal and a number of other powerful men as “co-conspirators” of late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

“We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted,” Massie said, reeling off a list including former Barclays chief executive Jes Staley and stage magician David Copperfield.

“And Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the US,” the representative added, as he pushed on President Trump’s administration to release three million more files related to the late financier and pedophile Epstein during Monday’s speech.

“Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice,” said Massie, a leading figure pushing for the earlier Epstein files release.

The former prince was stripped of his titles by his older brother, King Charles, last November due to his relationship with Epstein, leaving him using his commoner name Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

He has always vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

However, he was settled out of court in February 2022 with now-deceased Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, who long accused him of having sex with her three times, starting in 2001 when she was 17. The deal did not include an admission of guilt.

Giuffre, who died by suicide in April 2025, claimed she had sex with the then-royal at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion and on the pedophile’s island in the US Virgin Islands.

Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested in February by British police over allegations that he shared sensitive information with Epstein while serving as the UK’s trade envoy.

The former prince also appeared multiple times in the first set of Epstein files released, including in damaging emails in which the convicted pedophile talked about sending Mountbatten-Windsor a woman in 2010.

Epstein offered to set the prince up with a “friend” he said was “26, Russian, clevere [sic], beautiful, trustworthy.”

In another message, Epstein discussed sending a “very cute” Romanian to a private dinner at Buckingham Palace in September 2010.

Four women procured by Epstein appear to have gone to the royal dinner that night, with Epstein telling the prince afterwards, “Great fun, more later,” to which the Duke of York replied, “Yes please!”

A damning picture released in January 2026 as part of the Epstein files shows Andrew crouching over a woman while looking at the camera.

Rep. Massie, who is leaving Congress in January after losing his primary to President Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein, is trying to pass an act that would force the US government to release all additional Epstein material.

One of the provisions would allow Epstein victims to obtain full, unredacted copies of records about themselves.

Representatives for Mountbatten-Windsor and the Royal Family did not respond immediately to requests for comment.

The Post also approached representatives for Jes Staley and David Copperfield for comment.
