Diddy’s son Christian Combs’ alleged sexual assault victim slammed the mogul’s attempt to escape her federal lawsuit, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Grace O’Marcaigh – who accuses Christian, 27, of sexually assaulting her on a yacht in 2022 – claimed Diddy, 55, knew or should have known of his son’s “history of violent and unlawful conduct,” according to court documents obtained by Us.

She argued, “[Diddy] exercised control over the environment aboard the yacht, provided alcohol, and failed to implement any protocols to protect guests from foreseeable harm.”

She scoffed at Diddy’s argument that the case should be dismissed because it was filed in California. He said he was a Florida resident and the alleged assault occurred outside of California.

O’Marcaigh’s lawyer disagreed with the “I Need a Girl” rapper’s comment. He argued, “Denying application of California law would incentivize misconduct beyond the reach of accountability.”

The alleged victim’s lawyer continued, “Rather than squarely address the allegations that [Diddy] chartered the yacht, controlled the guests and staff, enabled intoxicated conduct, and maintains a residence and business base in California, Defendants retreat into generic citations and irrelevant case law.”

“This is not zealous advocacy — it is evasion. And it reflects a concession: when faced with the specific allegations in the complaint, Defendants’ best strategy is to deflect rather than confront them,” the lawyer said.

The judge has yet to rule.

As Us previously reported, Diddy and his son, Christian, were named as defendants in O’Marcaigh’s lawsuit.

O’Marcaigh claimed she was a Stewardess on a yacht named Victorious that Diddy and Christian were guests on.

The alleged victim claimed Christian drugged and sexually assaulted her while on the yacht. She claimed he took off all his clothes, grabbed her arms and tried to force her to perform oral sex on him.

In the suit, she claimed she tried to push him off. She alleged he stopped when a third party guest walked into the room. O’Marcaigh claimed she complained about the incident to the captain.

She believed the captain was allegedly paid a generous tip by Diddy or his team to keep quiet about Christian’s alleged actions.

O’Marcaigh claimed she was retaliated against for speaking up. She said she was iced out and terminated by the captain in early 2023.

In court documents, O’Marcaigh claimed she suffered various health issues as a result of the trauma from the alleged assault.

As Us first reported, Diddy wrote a letter defending himself against the lawsuit on July 25.

He argued he was a permanent resident of Florida and not California, where O’Marcaigh filed her lawsuit.

“Since 2020, I have been a citizen, permanent resident of … the State of Florida,” Diddy wrote in a declaration filed in the case.

“I am currently incarcerated in the Federal Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. I have been housed in that facility since on or about September 17, 2024. Prior to my arrest, I conducted day-to-day business affairs from the State of Florida,” he added.

In addition, Diddy submitted the Charter Agreement for the trip, which he said showed he was neither the signatory nor a party to the agreement. Diddy and Christian demanded the case be dismissed.

Aaron Dyer, a lawyer for Diddy and Christian, previously spoke out about O’Marcaigh’s allegations.

Dyer said, “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from [attorney] Tyrone Blackburn.”

“This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn,” Diddy and Christian’s attorney added. “We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

As Us previously reported, Diddy was found not guilty of two counts of sex trafficking on July 2 following his criminal trial. He was found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy faces up to 20 years in prison.
