Bryan Johnson has never shied away from sharing, but the famed biohacker crossed a new rubicon of TMI this week.
While mere plebeians may boast about their partner’s emotional intelligence, running ability or musical talent, Johnson is out here publicly praising the top-tier quality of his girlfriend Kate Tolo’s privates.
The revelation train began when Johnson, 48, bid an unusual goodnight to his 1 million X followers: “Just gave Kate oral sex. Goodnight, everyone.”
Two minutes after his initial post, presumably still in the afterglow, he doubled down by posting Tolo’s vaginal microbiome report.
“100/100 score. Top 1% of all vaginas,” he bragged alongside a graph of her results.
“Her sample is dominated by the single most protective bacterial species a vagina can host (Lactobacillus crispatus).”
“Only about 25-30% of reproductive-age women globally are L. crispatus-dominant, and dominant usually means above 50%. Kate is at 98.7%,” he added.
Johnson proceeded to share that Tolo, 30, is miraculously clear of health-compromising gardnerella, candida, STIs, opportunistic pathogens and aerobic vaginitis markers.
According to Johnson, her A+ report card correlates to a lower risk of bacterial vaginosis, UTIs, yeast infections, HPV persistence, HSV-2 and HIV acquisition.
In addition, the sterling score is linked to improved IVF outcomes and a reduced risk of preterm birth.
“A vaginal microbiome is downstream of everything: sleep, glucose control, stress, gut health, sexual health, immune function, what you eat and what you put in it,” he concluded.
One genius commenter dubbed Johnson’s post “c–chie carfax.”
“This man just posted his girlfriend’s p—y stats like a quarterly earnings report,” added another.
“This is the type of s–t an incel would say after landing his first p–s. It’s psychopathic behavior,” confirmed a third.
Tolo also weighed in, acknowledging that while Johnson’s post “seems unhinged,” oral sex deserves more discourse.
“Oral sex carries genuine risks. HSV-1 (oral herpes) can be transmitted to the genitals and vice versa,” she wrote in the comments.
“HPV passed through oral sex is now the leading cause of oropharyngeal cancers in the US (surpassing tobacco). Oral gonorrhea in particular is becoming antibiotic-resistant at alarming rates,” she added.
“The bacteria in saliva can also disrupt the vaginal microbiome, and studies have linked receptive oral sex to higher rates of bacterial vaginosis.”
She finished by expressing gratitude for Johnson.
“I’m grateful I have a partner who takes my health, his health and our collective health seriously.”
“Well said,” responded Johnson.
The anti-aging mogul, who once declared himself an “impossible partner” because of his ultra-rigid fitness regimen and 14-step longevity morning routine, announced his relationship with Tolo late last year.
“At this point, Kate and I have nearly become one person,” Johnson wrote in a lengthy post on X at the time, calling their bond an instant “puzzle piece fit.”
Johnson first crossed paths with Tolo when she joined his brain-interface company, Kernel, five years ago.
He remembers her first impression as “luminescent” and said that, over time, their professional spark turned romantic.
