No matter which baseball team you love the most, there’s nothing better than spending the day with your family at a ballpark. Here’s what awaits at five major- and minor-league stadiums in or around the Big Apple.

Run the bases

Grab a seat at a New York Boulders game in Pomona, NY, for nine innings of action while snacking on such Clover Stadium specialties as shaved ice and funnel cakes.

Book a Sunday home fixture and your kids will get to run the bases postgame, get some player autographs, and catch a ball on the field.

And, if your kids get antsy, they can play a round of mini-golf at BoulderBirdies, located in right field. For more information, visit http://www.nyboulders.com.

Stay for the fireworks

One of the biggest draws at a Long Island Ducks game this season is the 13 scheduled postgame fireworks.

Held at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip in honor of America’s 250th birthday, the schedule includes three consecutive shows July 2-4.

Your kids will also have a blast meeting QuackerJack, the team mascot, or heading straight to the bouncy house and slides at the stadium’s Fun Zone.

Salute to history

There’s so much to do at Yankee Stadium besides watching Aaron Judge come up to bat.

The whole family will want to sample Apple Pie Nachos, one of this season’s viral stadium treats, and pop into the New York Yankees Museum, with its incredible collection of artifacts from Yankee legends like Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, and Lou Gehrig.

For a break between innings, head to the Kids Clubhouse, a fully shaded, interactive play field where your kids can have fun — and you won’t miss a minute of the action on the diamond thanks to the TV monitors broadcasting the game throughout the space.

Get close to the action

Every baseball fan in the family is guaranteed to feel super-close to every crack of the bat at a Brooklyn Cyclones game on the Coney Island boardwalk.

No matter who this team is playing, it’s all about having fun here, with T-shirt tosses, themed events like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Day and Paw Patrol guest appearances, and the thrill of getting to run the bases at the end of every Sunday game.

Join the club

It’s always a great time at a Mets game, but on Sundays, families will have a ball when they flock to Citi Field for Family Sundays.

Plan to arrive at Mets Plaza a few hours before the first pitch and settle in for kid-focused music, games, and activities.

Once you sign up for membership in the free Kids Club, your kids will get a special lanyard and ID, plus plenty of opportunities to meet fave mascots Mr. and Mrs. Met and maybe even run the bases.
