Now his love life’s in the crapper.

A Queens construction worker was suddenly “catapulted” out of a port-a-potty while using it — leaving him with injuries that caused a big stink in the bedroom, a new lawsuit claims.

Steve Gressey and his wife, Janet, are suing the portable toilet firm Rent A Throne, alleging the “defective” john destroyed his sex life and left him flush with sky-high medical bills.

Gressey, an ironworker, was working on the TSX Broadway tower in Times Square in 2023 when the portable toilet  “collapsed” as he entered it — sending him flying off the curb,  according to the suit, filed this week in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The potty “tipped over, rolled and fell off of a concrete curb causing [Gressey] to be catapulted out of the porta-potty to the concrete ground below; falling to the ground and flinging him to the concrete,” the suit claims, causing him “serious injuries.”

The totally loo-dicrous accident left him out-of-work and bedridden with costly medical bills, and has ruined his sex life with his wife, the lawsuit states.

“[Janet’s] happiness in his society has been impaired,” the suit claims.

Exactly how the port-a-potty wounds have affected his sex life is not specified — and Greesey’s lawyer did not respond to requests for comment.

Rent A Throne, which is based in Queens, did not immediately respond to comment.

The toilet-centric lawsuit happens to be, well, number two — he previously sued the developer, property owner and contractors over the same incident, with the case still slowly moving through Manhattan Supreme Court.

The defendants in that case say Greesey was a “recalcitrant worker” who failed to use mandated safety equipment, and that he “voluntarily” entered the potty, with full knowledge of the “inherent risks.”

They blame his own actions for any injuries he suffered, court documents show.
