Jim Carrey made a rare public appearance with his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah, at the 2026 César Awards in France.
“Tonight with this magnificent honor, this square has come full circle,” Carrey said in his acceptance speech on February 26, 2026. “Thank you to my sublime companion, Min Ah. I love you, Min Ah.”
Carrey attended the awards ceremony with Min Ah, as well as his daughter Jane and his grandson Jackson. (Carrey shares Erin with ex-wife Melissa Womer.)

Jim Carrey and Min Ah Have Been Linked Since 2022
While neither Jim Carrey nor Min Ah have spoken publicly about their relationship, they have seemingly been together for three years. Just Jared published photos of Carrey and a woman, whom the outlet solely identified as Minzi, at Judd Apatow’s benefit comedy show in February 2022.
Jim Carrey’s Relationship History
Before finding love with Min Ha, Jim Carrey has been married twice. He tied the knot with Melissa Womer in 1987 before they welcomed daughter Jane later that year. The pair divorced in 1995, one year before Carrey married Lauren Holly. Carrey and Holly split in 1997.
Carrey later dated actress Renée Zellweger from 1999 to 2000.
“[Renee] was special to me, very special. I think she’s lovely,” Carrey said on The Howard Stern Show in July 2020. “I don’t regret — I don’t have those things. But I do appreciate the people that have come through my life for the good that they gave me … but I don’t pine for anybody, it’s not that kind of situation. It’s just my way of saying, ‘There was a very important thing there,’ and to recognize that.”
After breaking up with Zellweger, Carrey began seeing Jenny McCarthy before eventually going their separate ways in 2010.
“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together,” McCarthy told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “I will continue to be in his daughter’s life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”

It is difficult growing up in the shadow behind something and trying to find your place in the world underneath this huge shadow.”
