It’s a sexclusive club.

A married UK couple became so enamored with swinging that they set up a club dedicated to these saucy switcheroos. There’s just one rule — no ugly people allowed.

“I don’t want people there who the majority would think are unattractive,” Ashley Marum told Kennedy News of their unorthodox love lives.

The couple tied the knot in 2019 and started to experiment with swinging a few months later, so Tanya could explore her bisexuality.

“Ash said ‘if it’s something you want to explore we can explore together and see,’” the Yorkshire, UK native recalled.

After mixing it up with gals for a while, the curious pair started “playing with couples because it’s a predominantly couple-based scene,” said Tanya.

They quickly fell in love with these open sex exchanges. “It’s just such an accepting community of people. It’s fun and it’s not all just about sex that people imagine,” the Brit gushed. “We’ve made some really good friends through the lifestyle and it’s brought me and Ash closer together.”

Ashley and Tanya have become so smitten by these consensual affairs that they started bi-monthly swingers club events for other like-minded young kinksters.

“Now we have events with 300 plus people going,” said Ash. “We’ve made businesses out of it and it’s become our sole life now.”

The only caveat is that participants have to adhere to certain appearance standards. To ensure their aesthetics are up to snuff, the couple has aspiring members “apply on the website so we know what they look like.”

This vetting process might seem shallow, but it’s just common courtesy, per the Marums. “We want to try to get people to come that they might not be your type but they’re nice looking and take care of themselves,” declared Ash.

Aside from creating a successful business out of it, the couple’s friends have been down with their unconventional pastime — even the ones who don’t “swing” that way.

“At first we didn’t tell people because people judge but then as we got more comfortable with ourselves doing it we told friends,” said Ash. “My friends are like ‘I wish my girlfriend would try this, I wish we could do that’. Now everybody knows and no one says anything to us.”

Their relatives, on the other hand, were not as hunky dory. “My family was not happy about it,” said Ash.

Tanya, a podcast host, hopes that interviewing a variety of guests will help dispel the stigma surrounding swinging and help people decide whether they should adopt the pastime.

“The lifestyle is something a lot of people are curious about but don’t know how to learn about it or how to get into it or how things are done,” she said. “There is an unwritten rulebook you’re expected to just know so by doing the dating show we can ask people questions and the answers can hopefully help other people. They can then make an informed decision whether it’s for them.”

However, contrary to the portrayal in popular media, swinging is not the fetishistic pastime of sexual deviants looking to fill a romantic void, according to Tanya.

She said that it should only be practiced by couples who are “100% in love.”

“If you have cracks in your relationship and you think it’s a way to spice things up, you’re doing it for the wrong reasons,” she cautioned.

Coincidentally, British sexpert Adreena Winters recently declared that watching your soulmate have sex with another person could paradoxically be the key to keeping one’s marriage alive.

“It may not spring to mind when you think about ways to keep a relationship afloat, but cuckolding can be invaluable,” claimed Winters, who authored the book “So You Want To Be a Cuckold?” “Depending on why the relationship is in trouble, it can absolutely save it.”
