Two MTA workers were injured in a pair of random assaults less than a week apart — and their attackers remain on the loose, police said Wednesday.

The latest attack unfolded early Tuesday morning when a man in his 20s smacked a 39-year-old MTA employee in the face at the Roosevelt Island F train station.

The victim was working in the station’s mezzanine around 2:30 a.m. when the suspect walked up and hit her, causing her to fall and slam her head on the ground.

Her attacker fled the station and was last seen heading to street level.

The MTA employee suffered head pain and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital. She is expected to recover, cops said.

That random attack came after an MTA bus driver was punched in the head by a woman on his Brooklyn bus route at around 11 p.m. last Wednesday.

The suspect hopped on the bus near Miller Avenue and New Lots Avenue in East New York and then socked the driver, 48, on the right side of the face, police said.

The bus driver suffered “pain and bruising” from the blow and was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition, according to cops.

The woman, believed to be in her 20s, ran away — but not before being captured on surveillance video wearing a white bra, pink disheveled top, black tight shorts, black sunglasses and carrying a black purse.
