President Trump said his 19-year-old son Barron “was very hurt” by the murder of Charlie Kirk.

“He was very hurt when he saw this. But, I mean, every everybody was,” Trump said on “Fox & Friends.”

Trump said that his youngest child, who recently moved back to the White House to attend NYU’s DC campus, had admired Kirk and even once asked for an introduction.

“Baron came to me and he said, ‘Dad, I’d like to meet somebody that you know, Charlie Kirk.’ … I thought he was gonna say he wanted to meet like King Charles or something… and he came back said, ‘That guy’s great, Dad. That guy’s great.’ It was cute.”

Trump added: “Charlie had a magic over the kids and large numbers of them, and very diverse, black, white. I mean, everybody, the young women and boys, and I’ve never seen anything like it.”
