Taylor Frankie Paul has outlined exactly what she’s looking for as the season 22 Bachelorette.

Taylor, 31, took to Instagram on Friday, October 10, to detail the love she craves ahead of starring as the lead in the ABC reality show in 2026. Sharing a video montage of extreme romantic moments experienced by various couples, Taylor captioned the clip, “Manifesting my Bachelorette experience.”

She detailed her manifestation in the caption, which read, “I love to have fun, but I’m a sucker for just sitting in random places wearing comfy clothes having deep talks while being weirdos together.”

The post comes after Taylor’s mom, Liann May, recently said it was “weird” to consider her daughter sleeping with suitors in the Bachelorette’s famed Fantasy Suites. Speaking on the Monday, October 6, episode of iHeartRadio’s “Almost Famous” podcast, May said, “I will be so pissed if she goes in and does that. I will be so mad. I mean, she doesn’t really care what I think but she does, but she doesn’t. It’s just weird.”

Taylor, who rose to fame on the reality TV series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, was announced as the next Bachelorette during an appearance on the September 10 episode of Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

An ABC press release also issued at the time explained why Taylor was selected. “The 31-year-old Utah native is ready to trade headline-making heartbreak for hometown dates as she begins making her mark on Bachelor Nation,” the statement read. “[Taylor] is the breakout star of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, captivating millions with her raw, unapologetic storytelling. Off-screen, she’s a TikTok powerhouse whose comedic, heartwarming and bitingly honest content has earned her a massive following. As a single mother of three, [Taylor] shares the highs and lows of her life with unfiltered candor.”

Taylor is mother to daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, whom she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul, as well as son Ever, 1, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.

During an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in September, Taylor revealed she was looking forward to meeting new people by being the next Bachelorette, in addition to learning more about herself. “I’m most looking forward to … meeting a handful of people that are outside my bubble — and even if there’s a couple in there, that’s OK — but I’m just excited to get to know different perspectives and new parts about myself too,” Taylor told Us on September 10 before admitting she was nervous for the experience to start.

“It’s out of my comfort zone, so, obviously, it’s scary,” she explained at the time. “You’re dealing with feelings — and you’re dealing with other people’s feelings — and I don’t really like to hurt other people’s feelings, especially when you’re being vulnerable and open.”

Taylor serves as the first Bachelorette in history to not come directly from The Bachelor, carving her name out as a TikTok influencer after finding fame on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Her star rose even further when she admitted to cheating on her former husband during a controversial soft-swinging scandal.

Taylor told Us during last month’s interview that she’s ready for fans to see a different side to her. “I think they’ll come in and it’s not something they’ll expect. So if I were to give a message out to all of them: I have a side to me that is not very seen, and it is a very relaxed, chill side,” she said. “I just like to conversate and talk. I’m not intimidating or mean or anything like that. I don’t know if I give off that energy, but everyone’s like, ‘You’re so nice. You’re actually nice.’”
