She works hard for her body.
Sweetie Fox, a professional cosplayer and model, revealed her grueling routine to stay in tip-top shape.
Fox, who considers herself a “gym freak,” trains up to four hours a day to maintain her “superhero” bod.
“Training is a big part of my lifestyle, not just something I do occasionally – I structure my life around it, planning my schedule, diet and week around my workouts,” the 25-year-old said, according to Jam Press.
To maintain her strong physique, Fox said she focuses specifically on “strength exercises like deadlifts, squats, lunges and glute bridges” and remains active with light cardio or brisk walks.
It’s easy to glance at Fox and not realize all the time and effort she puts into keeping her body strong.
“People see the result and think it’s just good genetics or a few workouts here and there,” she explained. “In reality, it’s years of consistency – training, diet, discipline, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.”
Regarding her diet, Fox stays disciplined with her nutrition, tracks her calories and prioritizes protein to support her heavy weight lifting in the gym.
Although the 25-year-old has her routine down pat, she too has days where she lacks motivation, but to her, it’s as simple as “…showing up even on days when you’re tired or not in the mood.”
While some might think four hours in a gym is extreme, it’s necessary for Fox, who earns a pretty penny from fulfilling men’s online fantasies, dressing up as “combat-style heroines like Black Widow and Mikasa.”
“At night, I’ll dress up as beautiful, strong vixens and the audience, especially my male fans, lap it up,” she pointed out. “I want them to see the strength of my character, not just a costume – and that’s why I work so hard to keep my body fit,” she explained.
To fulfill fantasies, Fox explained that on average it takes her up to two hours to get ready, “depending on the character, as some require more detailed makeup, wigs, and costume adjustments.”
“What sets me apart from other creators is my love of transformation,” the model said. “My fans get to decide which superhero they see each day, and my strict training makes it more believable.”
