An illegal immigrant was allegedly caught in the act while trying to rape a Florida woman — who had raised the alarm by calling 911 and pretending to order pizza, according to authorities.

Luis Hernandez-Moncayo, 27, was arrested for kidnapping and sexual assault earlier this month — just a day after he applied for asylum, according to Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood, who did not say where the suspect was originally from.

Hernandez-Moncayo had turned “extremely violent” after doing cocaine, and was found “on top of a screaming female” with his genitals exposed in a field in Pierson, the sheriff said.

The quick-thinking alleged victim raised the alarm tricking Hernandez-Moncayo into thinking she was ordering food — but was really on the line to 911.

“Yeah, I would like to order a pizza,” the woman was heard saying in audio of the call released with her voice altered to protect her identity.

“Are you aware you’re calling 911?” the dispatcher asked — immediately catching on when the woman replied: “Yes, I’m sure I’m calling to that number. Can I get a pizza?

“I would like to order pepperoni and extra cheese,” she said as the dispatcher kept her on the line asking extra questions to deduce she was with one man who was not armed, but that she did not know exactly where they were.

The sheriff’s department eventually triangulated the caller’s location — with video showing deputies approaching as the accused attacker was still on top of the woman, the sheriff said.

“He’s trying to rape me!” the woman screamed out, the video shows. “Can you help?” she repeatedly screamed through harrowing sobs.

As the deputies cuff the suspected rapist — with one repeatedly telling him, ‘Don’t you f–king move” — the woman sobs loudly, “Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you Jesus — he tried to rape me.”

“When you watch the video … and you hear those screams, it makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up,” Chitwood said.

The woman told cops that she knew Hernandez-Moncayo and planned to have a few drinks with him — but that he flipped after “doing a line of cocaine,” the sheriff said.

She said “he became extremely violent and wouldn’t let her go and tried to rape her,” Chitwood said. “The video speaks for itself.”

The sheriff said the suspect was “in the country illegally” and “a day before the incident, applied for asylum.

“He’s now sitting in our jail with three felony counts against him — and the border patrol has lodged a detainer against him.”

The sheriff said he was “so proud” of the accuser as well as his deputies who were “this scumbag into custody.”

Hernandez-Moncoya is facing three felony charges of sexual assault, kidnapping and battery. It was not immediately clear if he has an attorney who represents him.
