The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and her husband, Conner Leavitt, have navigated ups and downs together.

The couple met in the early 2010s when Whitney served her Mormon mission in Georgia, where Conner’s family was based at the time.

“It’s just [a] coincidence. How cool is that?” Whitney recalled to Vulture in May 2025, noting she was matched with Conner’s family during her stint in Georgia. “I remember being in his home.”

The pair didn’t start dating right away, though. Whitney and Conner formally met in 2015, each agreeing to be the wingmen for their respective friends planning to go on a double date. While their pals bailed, Whitney and Conner found a connection themselves.

After a year of dating, Whitney and Conner tied the knot inside a Mormon temple in Provo, Utah.

Nearly six years later in 2022, Conner admitted that he struggled with an addiction to pornography. The couple subsequently fled Utah for two months to recommit to their marriage.

After one year of dating, Whitney and Conner got married.

December 2021

Shortly after Whitney gave birth to son Liam, he was hospitalized with RSV amid the early days of her TikTok career.

“The first couple of days were scary, but he was getting better. So I’m thinking let’s do something fun and I made a video,” Whitney recalled on Mormon Wives, noting her butt-shaking footage went viral for appearing tone-deaf. “People felt like I was using my child’s sickness for clout or attention.”

July 2022

On the heels of MomTok’s “soft-swinging scandal,” Whitney and Conner left Utah for Hawaii. The Leavitts, who were not involved in the swinging parties, actually moved after Conner’s addiction to pornography came to light.

“[I] love that man,” Whitney later said of Conner during a 2024 appearance on “The Squeeze” podcast. “He had a porn addiction for a really long time and that was something that was, obviously, really hard to overcome. I didn’t even know that was going on. When you go through something that tough and you come out the other end, man, your relationship is stronger than ever. During, it sucks, but holy hell, I’m grateful for where we are now.”

Amid Conner’s addiction struggles, he had a secret account on dating app Tinder to speak with other individuals. Fans also speculated about Conner’s sexuality as a result.

“Do I need to put out a sex tape or something? Trust me, we’re good. Like, everything is fine,” Whitney said on the “Off the Vine” podcast in October 2024, denying the rumors.

September 2024

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives premiered on Hulu, highlighting Whitney and Conner’s return to Utah and her pregnancy with baby No. 3. (Whitney now infamously told her mom that she was expecting by hiding a positive pregnancy test inside of a cake.)

By the end of the season, Whitney chose to leave MomTok. She, however, changed her tune during Mormon Wives season 2 when it premiered in May 2025.

October 2024

Whitney gave birth to the pair’s third baby, son Billy Gene.

“We are most excited about having our family complete,” she told People in a statement. “We’ve always wanted three kids and we’re so happy everyone’s here now.”

July 2025

During the Mormon Wives season 2 reunion, Conner opened up about his past with Whitney by his side, revealing that he was sexually abused as a child.

“Conner and I had talked about it before and I said this would be very vulnerable. I know that a lot of people could relate to our story and it could help a lot of people,” Whitney told Vulture of supporting her spouse. “In the end, I wanted it to be Conner’s decision. I felt like it was his story more than mine, even though it did affect me.”

September 2025

Whitney was cast on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars, where she was paired with pro dancer Mark Ballas. Amid dance training, Conner and the couple’s kids have been the No. 1 cheerleaders of “Team Whark It.”

“Through every step, every rehearsal, and every breakdown I’ve had. Thank you for being my steady rhythm, my safe place, and my biggest cheerleader,” Whitney wrote via Instagram, honoring Conner. “I couldn’t do this without you. I always look forward to seeing the bouquet of flowers you perfectly pick in my trailer 🤧❤️ I love you so much Connie baby!”

October 2025

Whitney chose to honor Conner for her and Mark’s Dedication Night routine on DWTS. Conner is set to join them on stage on October 14 for their contemporary dance set to Jamal Roberts’ “Heal.”
