The second victim fatally gunned down in the Brown University shooting was identified as student Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, officials said Monday.
The US ambassador to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick, mourned “the loss of his bright future” and offered “sincere condolences” to the young man’s family and friends.
Umurzokov was one of two students killed in a campus building Saturday by a shooter.
The other fatal victim was identified as vice president of the school’s college Republican club, Ella Cook.
Nine people were injured.
After two people were detained and released by the FBI and local cops, the gunman is still at large.
