A predator raped and robbed a 25-year-old acquaintance after threatening her at knifepoint inside a Bronx hotel late last month, cops and sources said Thursday.

The backpack-wearing creep entered the Hotel OPUS on East 222nd Street near Ely Avenue in Baychester with the victim around 9 a.m. Aug. 29, before he suddenly flashed a knife and repeatedly demanded that she cooperate, authorities said.

He then grabbed $400 from the woman’s wallet before ordering her to remove her clothes and raping her, police said.

The victim was taken by EMS workers to Jacobi University Hospital Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition.

By then, the sick attacker had already taken off, heading south on East 222nd Street, police said.

It was not immediately clear whether the two had pre-arranged to meet or whether he’d followed her to the hotel.

The NYPD released a video Thursday showing the still-at-large assailant knocking on the hotel door, and footage of him jumping a subway turnstile.

He is described as a man with a dark complexion, last seen wearing glasses, a white T-shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers and carrying a black backpack.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/, or on X @NYPDTips.
