Post Malone’s ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, reportedly served him legal papers two days prior to his Coachella Weekend 2 performance.

According to documents obtained by InTouch on Tuesday, April 22, the rapper (real name Austin Malone) was allegedly “tracked down” on Friday, April 18, at a Downtown Los Angeles apartment block by a “process server” hired by Park to serve him paperwork.

Us Weekly has reached out to a representative for Malone for comment.

Malone, 29, who performed at Coachella on April 13 and again on Sunday, April 20, and Park both filed individual petitions to establish custody over their toddler daughter, whose name and age has not been publicly confirmed, earlier this month. (The pair welcomed the child in 2023 and split sometime before April 2025.)

Malone reportedly filed for custody of his daughter in a Utah court two days before Park submitted her motion in a separate court. While Malone’s filing was registered on April 14, Park’s was submitted in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 16, per court documents obtained by multiple outlets at the time.

Page Six and TMZ both reported that Malone filed his papers in Utah because that is where he and Park were initially coparenting their child. While custody arrangements requested by Malone have not been disclosed, Park reportedly filed for sole physical custody and joint legal custody.

According to InTouch, Park’s petition detailed that her daughter lived with both her mother and father after her birth until November 2024.

Malone and Park kept their relationship private, with Malone confirming that the pair were dating while revealing Park’s pregnancy in May 2022.

In a July 2023 interview on Apple Music, the musician shared rare insight into how he has evolved as a father. “Having a baby really put a lot into perspective and it’s really slowed me down a lot, but it’s, like, the most beautiful thing,” Malone told the outlet at the time. “I just want to take a second and enjoy it. It’s not about the destination. It’s the journey. I never really got time or really had the bandwidth to experience the journey to its fullest. I guess that’s what I’m trying to do now.”

The “Sunflower” singer noted during the interview that he and Park lived with their daughter “out in Salt Lake [City]” in Utah.

In August 2024, Malone said during an interview on CBS Sunday Morning that becoming a father has significantly impacted him forever. “It changes your life in the best way ever … I’ll never forget her. If you’ve heard her cry, you’ll never forget her, either,” he joked.
