After filing for divorce on “biblical grounds,” Texas Republican Senate candidate Ken Paxton’s estranged wife, state Sen. Angela Paxton, addressed whether she would support him this November.
In an address to the Texas Federation of Republican Women themed “the elephant in the room,” the state senator stressed that “it’s not the people, it’s the seat.”
“We have more control over that seat and the future when we control the seat, when it’s still in the family, even if we’re mad at them,” she said as the audience chuckled.
