WASHINGTON — First lady Melania Trump revealed Wednesday that a two-part docuseries offering an intimate look at her life and responsibilities inside the White House will be released later this year.
The 56-year-old told “Fox & Friends” the upcoming project will be “very different” from the recent documentary “Melania,” which followed the first lady during the 20 days leading up to her husband’s second inauguration.
“It’s more conversation one on one with me,” Melania Trump explained. “There’s some private questions that I will answer that people never heard before, so it’s kind of exciting.”
The first lady did not reveal when the series would be released, but hinted at a November debut.
Shortly before President Trump’s second inauguration, Melania inked a $40 million deal with Amazon for the rights to documentary projects during her husband’s term of office.
“Melania,” directed by Brett Ratner grossed a total of $16.7 million after pulling in $7 million on its opening weekend this past January — the best box office performance by a documentary in at least 10 years.
