Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s three children are ready for back-to-school season!
On Tuesday, September 2, Green’s fiancée, Sharna Burgess, shared a sweet Instagram video of the couple’s son, Zane, 3, preparing for his first day of pre-kindergarten — with a little help from his half-siblings, Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9.
In the video, little Zane is seen holding up a board that reads, “Zane’s first day of pre-K,” and lists things he likes, including “the color green, my bunny Rosie, my family, ice cream + lollies, Halloween.”
Near the end of the video, set to emotional music, Zane is seen posing for a photo with Green’s older children. (The actor also shares son Kassius, 23, with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil.)
Burgess, 40, was clearly not ready for Zane to start school, writing in the caption, “I am utterly unwell… when did I blink?”
The former Dancing With the Stars pro reflected on Zane growing up and the milestones she’s experienced with the little one.
“The end.. I SOBBED in the car afterwards. I also cried last night and this morning,” Burgess wrote. “I made him a video that I save for him on a hard drive, telling him how proud I am, sharing stories about this part of his life and what he is like. I’ve been doing this since his 1st birthday on milestone moments and sometimes when things happen I want to remember and share with his older self.”
She continued, “It’s wild how big he is, and yet 2 days ago he was talking about remembering being in my belly which I’ve told him so no biggie however… he said there was water in there and he liked it and he could hear music and me. He’s also told me he used to be a woman and had a cat named Carol 👀 Its wild watching him grow into this life and this body but still remember details of another time. I know one day he will forget those things so I always try to document it all for him.”
As for his first day of school, Burgess gushed over how proud she is of Zane’s development and credited his older siblings with helping him get ready for the big day.
“My big boy is still little… but today when he woke up he felt a little bigger, a little more grown, and a little bit less my baby. I am not well. And yet I couldn’t be more proud ✨💕,” she wrote.
Burgess added, “His siblings hyped him up this morning as you can hear, and we all went to support his first morning drop off. My blended tribe is my everything. We are so lucky ♥️.”
Green, 52, shares Noah, Bodhi and Journey with ex-wife Fox, 39. The pair began dating in 2004 and got married in 2010. They eventually separated in 2020 and finalized their divorce a year later.
Green began dating Burgess in 2020, and the couple welcomed Zane in 2022. They announced their engagement in September 2023.
