The two married New Jersey cops arrested for sharing nude images of themselves alongside their young children have been released from prison, according to a report.

Brian and Elizabeth DiBiasi were released Friday after being arrested and held by Hamilton Township Police on Jan 29.

The couple appeared in Burling County Superior Court on Friday for their bail hearings — the case being moved from Mercer County due to the their employment, according to a report from NJ.com.

Conditions of their release include travel restrictions and the requirement that they can’t see their children without the approval from child protective services, NJ.com reported.

Brian, 39, a Hamilton Police Department officer, and Elizabeth, 42, a Mercer County Sheriff’s Office cop, stand accused of distributing videos and images of themselves naked on a messaging app — with the father also claiming in messages to have had sex with his wife in front of his two young children.

Both individuals have been suspended without pay from their law enforcement jobs, according to NJ.com.

Brian DiBiasi allegedly shared a total of 36 media files containing the smut according to investigators who were tipped off by a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The message and media files appeared on the social media app Kik on an account that was tracked to the couple’s home, authorities said.

“Sexual offenses against children are among the most serious crimes we charge. It’s especially disturbing when, as in this case, the accused are members of law enforcement,” NJ Attorney General Platkin said, according to a statement.

Brian is charged with permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that may be photographed, filmed or reproduced; engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child; possessing fewer than 1,000 images of child sexual abuse; distributing images of child sexual abuse; and possessing images of child sexual abuse with the intent to distribute.

Elizabeth DiBiasi was charged with engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child.

“These actions are not only abhorrent but have also shaken our community’s sense of security and trust in those who are sworn to protect us,” Hamilton’s Mayor Jeff Martin said in a release.
