The maniac who stabbed two straphangers – including an innocent bystander – in a wild clash on a train passing through Grand Central during Wednesday’s morning rush has been nabbed and charged with attempted murder, cops said.

Gavin Ferguson, 30, of The Bronx was picked up a short distance from the Midtown hub, police said Thursday. He also faces an assault rap in connection to the 7:20 a.m. mayhem

A 32-year-old man was knifed in the stomach and buttocks during an argument with Ferguson that turned violent aboard a southbound No. 5 train, authorities said.

A 28-year-old man who was not involved in the dispute somehow got caught in the middle of the skirmish and was knifed in the stomach, police said.

Neither victim knew their attacker, authorities said.

It was unclear what sparked the argument.

Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

Ferguson’s arraignment was pending in Manhattan Criminal Court on Thursday afternoon.
