Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon is moving on after her divorce with help from her mom, June “Mama June” Shannon.
“Well the marriage didn’t work, but the wedding dress was beautiful,” June, 47, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, September 6, alongside photos of Jessica, 29, wearing a sheer, sleeveless dress with a lacy, low-cut bodice.
“We r selling Jessica wedding [dress], it’s a beautiful dress it’s a size 20W, [it] hasn’t been altered, [it] has pockets,” June added, noting that the dress “hasn’t been dry cleaned” but has “no stains.”
“I paid $1500 but asking $800,” the Mama June: Family Crisis star wrote. “And yes, we can shop [sic] the dress or for local pickup in [Gray, Georgia]. Serious inquiries only, a beautiful dress for a beautiful bride.”
The post came one week after Jessica finalized her divorce from ex Shyann McCant, Us exclusively confirmed. The pair’s marriage was fully dissolved as of August 27, according to court docs obtained by Us. Jessica’s maiden name was restored after the divorce, and the exes are “restrained and enjoined” from “harassing the other party.”
Us exclusively reported in July that Jessica had filed for divorce from McCant, 23, in Georgia, citing that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Jessica and McCant tied the knot in September 2025 and later filmed a separate ceremony for the Shannon family’s WeTV reality series. Eight months later, Jessica shocked fans by announcing via social media that she and McCant had split.
“As most of y’all can tell, me and Shyann are no longer together,” Jessica announced in a Facebook post in June, tagging her ex. “We mutually decided that it was the best decision for both of us.”
She continued, “Yes, we are still friends, and yes, we are both cordial with each other, but we are no longer in a relationship. We kindly ask that everyone be respectful during this time. Please don’t send hate or negativity to either of us. This is already a difficult situation, and mean comments or unnecessary drama won’t make it any easier.”
Though Jessica encouraged fans not to speculate about the reason for their split, June later ignited drama when she publicly accused McCant of infidelity.
“Well since I’m always to b the blame for every relationships not working out and since it was shared publicly and yall have been wanting to see who Shyann cheated with and left Jessica for here you go McKenzie is in the middle of them in the red shirt,” she wrote via Instagram in July alongside a photo of McCant with a group of people. “Yall are welcome, so everyone can stop digging now #reality #cheater #mamajune #divorce #SpillTheTea.”
McCant responded by sharing a photo of herself with her new girlfriend, Mackenzie, and stating that she “wasn’t happy” in her marriage.
“I expressed how I felt repeatedly, including that issues involving her mother were a big reason I wanted out,” she wrote in a social media post. “Nothing changed, and despite asking for a divorce more than once, it wasn’t happening. That doesn’t make what I did right, and I take full responsibility for my actions.”
