The cast of Love Island USA season 6 has chosen sides in JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez‘s messy split — and the group is overwhelmingly Team JaNa.
Season 6, which premiered in June 2024, introduced JaNa as an original Islander who first formed connections with Coye Simmons and Connor Newsum before Kenny caught her eye. Despite having instant chemistry, JaNa and Kenny weathered some relationship drama — mainly the fallout from Casa Amor — before leaving the villa in third place and as a couple.
Kenny and JaNa continued to document their relationship online as they navigated long-distance and a reality TV return in Peacock’s Beyond the Villa spinoff. Three episodes into the show airing, however, news broke about JaNa and Kenny’s breakup following one year of dating.
“Hi my loves. Thank you for all your love & support. It means the world to me. As you know, Kenny and I no longer together,” JaNa wrote via Instagram in July. “Please know that I have seen all the breakup theories and none have matched up to how terrible, disgusting and disappointing it truly is. Discovering that someone you loved isn’t who you thought they were and that the relationship you thought you were building hasn’t been genuine since day one has been truly devastating. Thank you for respecting my privacy and please know as a child of God, I will always be OK.”
Kenny subsequently, issued his own statement. Us Weekly has also reached out about the allegations made against him.
“The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I’ve been quietly sitting with a lot of emotions and doing my best to process everything privately,” he wrote via his Instagram Story at the time. “Breakups are never easy, especially in the public eye. Sometimes, despite how deeply you care for someone, you come to the hard truth that the relationship was not something that could last long-term.”
The rest of the season 6 villa waited until JaNa spoke out to share their thoughts on the matter. But before their shade comments, the Islanders made waves when most of them — including host Ariana Madix — unfollowed Kenny.

Leah Kateb
“Kenny, put a sock in it ChatGPT headass. Tell the truth for once! Racist, clout/money hungry and a scammer since DAY 1!!!!” Leah wrote via Instagram. “Tryna make it seem like it’s something it’s not. Dw, our Nay is blessed & highly favored.”
Leah also replied to a video Kenny previously posted of him and her boyfriend, Miguel Harichi. Leah asked that Kenny remove the post and then wrote a follow-up comment asking the same thing after her first reply was seemingly deleted.
Liv Walker
The season 6 star shared JaNa’s statement, adding, “Your pathetic excuse for a story is laughable. I can’t even put into words how good of a person naynay is and how hard it is to watch her go through something like this. @kennydrodriguez I hope this gives you the clout you always wanted you f***ing loser.”
Serena Page
In a comment, Serena called Kenny “a narcissist and a racist.”
Kaylor Martin
“Kenny is a poor excuse of a man,” Kaylor wrote via social media. “You lost the most beautiful genuine soul. Shame on you.”
JaNa Craig
Shortly after Kenny broke his silence, JaNa publicly called him out again.
“Stfu you manipulative liar,” JaNa wrote via Instagram Stories. “You not taking accountability and telling people the type of person you really are is insane to me!! My first statement was me being nice. Do not piss me off.”
