A new street-food sensation in the San Fernando Valley is turning ordinary snack bags into fully loaded meals — and hungry Angelenos are lining up to try it.

At SHAW, a popular food vendor in Van Nuys, customers bring their own bag of chips and watch as it gets transformed into a massive, overstuffed bowl of flavor. The concept is simple: hand over your favorite chips, and the crew slices open the bag and piles it high with rice, beans, your choice of meat, guacamole, cheese, lettuce and more.

The result? A crunchy, messy, fully loaded meal served right inside the chip bag.

Located at 7257 Woodman Ave in Van Nuys, SHAW has quickly gained traction online thanks to viral videos showing the over-the-top snack hack in action. The build-your-own bowls start at $13 for chicken and $14 for beef, making it a relatively affordable option for a hearty street-style meal in Los Angeles.

The spot is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and also offers catering for events.
