Katy Perry was in disbelief to meet a fan who has the same name as her ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom.

During her Wednesday, August 20, concert in Atlanta, she invited a concertgoer dressed in a pink cat costume to join her onstage for a special meet-and-greet segment.

“What’s your name?” Perry, 40, asked the attendee, who said “Orlando” with a laugh.

She replied, “Your name is Orlando? Incredible. Orlando the cat.”

Perry was notably in a relationship with Bloom, 48, for nearly a decade before Us Weekly broke the news in June that they had called off their engagement.

“Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,” a source exclusively told Us. “It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is, of course, upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.”

Perry — who was previously married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012 — and Bloom are now focused on coparenting their 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove. (Bloom is also the father of son Flynn, 14, from a past relationship with model Miranda Kerr.)

“They are still very much in touch and coparenting Daisy together,” a second insider told Us in June. “Orlando brought Daisy to meet Katy on tour before heading to the Bezos wedding. It’s not messy between them. They aren’t making drastic changes for Daisy’s sake.”

Bloom took Daisy to join Perry in Australia earlier this summer while she was finishing up the overseas leg of her Lifetimes Tour. The Carnival Row actor then stepped out solo at Jeff Bezos and now-wife Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice, Italy.

Reps for both Bloom and Perry have since reiterated that there’s no lingering drama between the exes.

“Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” a recent statement from Bloom and Perry’s reps read. “They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

Bloom and Perry have also put on a happy face for a blended family portrait.

“Dump 4 ya 🤍,” Bloom wrote via Instagram last month, including a handful of travel photos with his children.

In one snap, the British actor carried Daisy on his shoulders, while Perry and Flynn stood on either side of the father-daughter pair.

Bloom and Perry started dating in 2016 and got engaged in 2019 after an on-off relationship.
